General Booking Terms
Advance Booking: Customers may book in advance by calling 9326918130 or using our website/app.
Information Required: Full name, contact number, pickup & drop address, travel time, and number of passengers.
Driver & Vehicle Assignment: Sadguru Cabs assigns the vehicle and driver based on availability.
Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate details to avoid delays or miscommunication.
Minimum Age: Customers must be at least 18 years old to book a cab.
Payment & Billing Terms
Payment Methods: Cash, UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards.
Advance Payment: For outstation trips, partial advance may be required.
Billing Transparency: All fares include basic rental, driver charges, fuel charges (if applicable), and tolls (where mentioned).
Extra Charges: Parking fees, interstate taxes, and waiting charges are extra unless included in package.
Invoices: Digital/printed receipts are provided for all completed rides.
We believe in fair and transparent billing – no hidden charges, no last-minute surprises.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellation:
More than 24 hrs before trip – full refund (if advance paid).
Less than 12 hrs before trip – partial deduction.
Last-minute cancellation – charges may apply.
Company Cancellation:
If Sadguru Cabs cancels due to unavoidable reasons (vehicle breakdown, emergency), we provide full refund or replacement vehicle.
Refund Mode: Refunds are processed via same payment mode within 5-7 business days.
Ride Rules and Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must wear seat belts.
No illegal items or hazardous substances allowed inside the cab.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or misbehaviour inside the cab is strictly prohibited.
Customers must treat drivers with respect.
Any damage to vehicle caused by passengers will be charged.
Driver Responsibilities
Sadguru Cabs drivers are trained and expected to:
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles.
Follow safe driving practices.
Avoid rash driving or overspeeding.
Be punctual and professional.
Assist customers with luggage (reasonable help).
Outstation Travel Terms
Outstation trips are billed on km basis or per-day package.
Minimum daily km limit may apply (usually 250 km/day).
Night halt charges may apply for long trips.
Routes and itinerary must be shared in advance for smooth planning.
