  2. Last-Minute Cancellation: If a driver has already reached the pickup point and customer cancels, full driver allowance for minimum distance/time will be charged.

  3. No-Show: If the customer fails to show up without cancellation, full fare for minimum package will be applicable.

Refund Policy – How Refunds Work

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • If customer cancels within the refundable time frame.

    • If Sadguru Cabs cancels due to unavoidable reasons like vehicle breakdown.

  2. Refund Method:

    • Refunds are made to the same payment method (UPI, card, net banking).

    • Cash bookings refunded through wallet/UPI/bank transfer.

  3. Refund Timeline:

    • Processed within 5–7 business days.

  4. Non-Refundable Charges:

    • Toll, parking, taxes already paid.

    • Any driver allowances incurred before cancellation.

1. Airport Transfers

  • If cancelled more than 12 hours before pickup: Full refund.

  • Within 6 hours of pickup: 50% charges.

  • After driver dispatch: Full charges.

2. Outstation Trips

  • Cancellation before 24 hours: Full refund.

  • Cancellation after trip start or midway: Fare for minimum distance will apply.

3. Corporate Bookings

  • Corporate clients must notify cancellations at least 24 hours before scheduled ride.

4. Event & Wedding Rentals

  • Advance paid is partially refundable depending on booking date and cancellation timeline.
